WaiWai Supports Earthquake Relief Effort

Thai Preserved Food Factory Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of WaiWai instant noodles, in collaboration with the Khom Dee Foundation, has delivered food supplies to support the efforts of rescue teams and frontline personnel engaged in search‑and‑rescue operations following a devastating earthquake and building collapse.

The powerful earthquake that struck on March 28, 2025, caused extensive damage and disruption across several areas, with one of the most severely affected being the Chatuchak District in Bangkok, where a major building collapsed. In the wake of this tragedy, emergency services and rescue teams mobilized rapidly to conduct rescue and recovery operations around the clock.

Recognizing the urgent need for support, Thai Preserved Food Factory Co., Ltd. took immediate action to aid those working tirelessly in the disaster zones. The company partnered with the Khom Dee Foundation, along with a group of employee volunteers, to deliver essential nourishment in the form of 720 bowls of WaiWai cup noodles and 500 bowls of dried rice vermicelli noodle soup to the rescue teams operating at the disaster sites. These meals were provided to help energize and sustain the responders during their physically demanding missions.
